POLICIES:

Minimum 4-night stay or additional $75 cleaning fee
Check-In Time: 3:00 pm

Cancellation: 14-day advance notice required - less than 14-day notice
of cancellation will result in one night rate charge

50% deposit due at reservation confirmation
50% balance of payment due 2 week prior to Check-In
